APPLICATION Take a small amount of EXPERT CLEANSING BALM and apply to the face, eyes and neck. With lightly moistened fingers, massage in small circular movements until the balm turns into a delicate oil. Remove eye makeup from the roots to the tips of the lashes. Emulsify with water: the oil turns into milk. Apply light circular pressure to remove all traces of makeup. Rinse with clear, warm water. Dry by gently dabbing the face with a cloth.
