Pair this adapter to a Flex-Connect grip, flex arm, handle, or cold shoe mount and easily mount and remove your camera. The adapter uses the standard M5 screw threads for use with the camera’s mount and thumb screw (thumb screw not included). You can also use this adapter for other devices or lights that feature the same action camera mount.
